About Me

Hello everyone, I live down south in Mississippi. I have always had deep love and respect for all Native American Nations all my life. I researched my ancestor history to find to my delight that my great grandmother was Cherokee. I was honored to know that blood does run through me. I am also a flute maker and my goals and dreams are to travel one day to many Native Tribes who are stuggling in life and devote my time and energy in helping in every way I can. I've always felt that Native Americans are the true sons and daughters of this land and always will be. You have my love, and all my respect and I look forward in my travels to learn more from the experiences i gain with those i vist. May you be blessed and strong in hearts and spirits.

Welcome, my Brother.
May I say that your flute work is GREAT!!!
How long have you been making flutes? Were you self taught?
I love playing my flute, but asthma has complicated my progress.
I too am of Cherokee heritage, on my Mothers side, I am of the Florida Tribe of Cherokees. After searching my family tree, I found that I am a descendant of Tabitha Hoyter, of Chowanoke.
